From check-in to check-out, we had a great experience. Polia was very detailed in her instructions and responded quickly when we needed help. The villa and the view are fantastic—you should try it. The accommodation is clean, quiet, and the location is one of the best on the island. We will definitely be back❤️❤️

Our family had the most amazing time staying at this beautiful house in Old Town Nessebar! The unobstructed sea view from the home is absolutely breathtaking. You can see the water from the windows and terrace, and it’s even more stunning in person than in the photos.
The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and quiet. You’re also within walking distance of historic sights, cozy cafés, and charming little shops.
The house itself was immaculate beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. From a well stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms everything was perfect.
The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Polia made us feel truly welcome. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic stay in Nessebar.

Das Haus war wunderschön, Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Aber am schönsten fanden wir den Ausblick. Atemberaubend Wir haben ein Familien Urlaub gemacht und haben uns das Haus zu 8 geteilt. Jeder von uns ist sehr zufrieden gewesen obwohl wir in unterschiedliche Altersgruppen waren (30 bis 80 Jahre alt). Die älteren haben die gemütliche Terasse und das Geräusch des Meeres am Abend genossen. Uns, den jüngeren war auch nicht langweilig, in der Altstadt von Nesebar ist am Abend sehr viel los. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Home truths
Whilst long-term parking is prohibited on the streets of the UNESCO Old Town, we offer you the rare luxury of a private courtyard parking space for the duration of your stay. Please note: if you leave the Old Town during your visit, you will not be able to re-enter until your day of departure. Alternatively, the ‘Nord Groß’ public car park is available for day trips.
Note regarding the beach: We recommend water shoes. Please bring your own beach towels.
